Standard Desktop

There is a one time license purchase for the installation of the software on a single computer. Product support is included in the purchase price for the first twelve months from the purchase date. Support can be renewed annually.

Product Support allows you to upgrade the software as new versions are available for download. If support expires, it can be purchased for another twelve months. Support also includes access to the web portal.

The system utilizes a cloud database and a web portal access via the Internet. There is also communication to/from these services. Without support, the software continues to work. Any functionality that utilizes the Inetnet will cease to work.

Online Service

This is our Monitoring As A Service that handles all of the device monitoring and alerts for you. There is a subset of supported devices that can be used for the online service. The available devices should cover basic functionality.

Solution Groups
Solution Groups have been created to help you decide which devices you might want to use. Any device on the list for the online service can be used. The Solution Groups are as follows:

  1. Business Watch
  2. Domain Name/Web Site Watch
  3. Home Watch
  4. Tank Level Monitoring
  5. Elder Watch
  6. Vacation Watch

Vacation Watch
Vacation Watch allows you to use devices on a temporary basis. You purchase the devices you need up front. You are monthly for the devices you use. Once you decide you no longer need the devices, you can request a refund.

Steps To Get Started

  1. Create your account.
  2. Order your device(s) from Off-Site Labs, Inc.
  3. Devices will be configured and mailed to you.
  4. Install the devices.
  5. Work with Off-Site Labs, Inc. to create any required events and/or actions.
  6. Monitor your devices via the web portal.
  7. Receive real time alerts as they occur for your devices.
