Support Tickets
A support ticket can be created/updated via the web site or from within the console. Tickets created from the console will attach log and configuration files that can be used to assist in resolving issues. Tickets created from the web site do not attach any files. In addition, new features, comments, or custom development can be requested via Support Tickets.
