Support Tickets
A support ticket can be created/updated via the
web site or from within the Standard Edition's Console.
From the Standard Edition's Console, Support Tickets will upload log and configuration files so they can help facilitate the resolution of issues.
In addition, new features, comments, or custom development can also be requested.
