Business Watch


Who Is Watching Your Business When You Can't?


What We Provide...
  • Real Time Alerts - Receive alerts (Text, Voice Call, Email, Speaker) as they occur. Speaker Hub required for speaker messages.
  • Web Portal - View the status of your devices 24x7.
  • Monitoring On/Off By Time Of Day - Monitoring can be automatically turned on at a specific time each day. Likewise, monitoring can be turned off at a specific time.
  • Different Schedules Per Day - Each day of the week can have its own schedule to enabled/disable monitoring

Device Installation. Once you connect the Device Hub to your WiFi network, place the other devices where you need them and we do the monitoring and alerting for you.

Device Hub Required. A device hub is required and needs WiFi network access to send a device status. Any other device you add will communicate through the hub.

One popular function is monitoring motion. OnSiteMonitor can alert you after motion has been detected. Other options might include keeping watch on room or appliance temperatures, and maybe even checking for water leaks.

Alerts can be sent to any one person or a group distribution list in the form of email, SMS/Text messages, and/or voice phone calls.

What We Provide...

  • Basic Functional Devices - The devices we offer for are those that people most often want to use during their time away from home (i.e. motion, temperature, doors, and more).

Stay in touch by monitoring the environment of your family and/or friends when you can't physically be there.

Sometimes it is necessary to stay in touch with family and friends even when you can't physically be with them. This is why we offer a solution that allows to monitor the environment where your loved ones live. The devices you install helps to keep you informed.

Devices can be as simple as monitoring motion. OnSiteMonitor can alert you after a period of time when no motion has been detected. This would warrant a phone call to check in and see if everything is ok. For some, monitoring the number of times the toilet flushes may be needed. Others may need to monitor the temperature in the home and call a repairman if the temperature gets too high.

  • Backend Integration Data - We provide options to feed your device data to your back office systems with data in JSON, XML, and CSV formats.
  • Regular Report Delivery - Daily, weekly, and monthly reports sent via Excel attachment or by emails with links to the actual report.

If you require the ability to monitor tank or container levels, we've got you covered! Tank monitoring crosses any industry including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, and more. OnSiteMonitor can accommodate devices that are able to handle solids substances and fluids that are both hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, fuels, water, and more. We can support intrinsically safe, Class 1/Div1 devices. There is a monitor for any requirement.

Typical devices we support communicate their status via cell signal. Volume levels are reported daily. Reports are available daily, weekly, & monthly.

Installation options vary depending on the device:

  • Cable Drop - Some devices require a whole in the tank and drop a cable to the bottom of the tank.
  • No Cable - Ultrasonic or Radar devices do not require cable drops in the tank. These devices may/may not even require a hole in the top of the tank.

    • Whether you already have devices in the field or you need to purchase new devices, we can provide the assistance you need. OnSiteMonitor can consolidate your web portals and reporting to a single platform and reporting format. If you don't see a specific device make/model, let us know and we can let you know where it is on the support roadmap.

    What's Involved?

    • Fee - This is a monthly subscription which and you will be charged until the devices are returned and the subscription is cancelled.
    • Temporary Monitoring Solution - This subscription level is intended for a temporary use (i.e. a vacation).
    • Device Installation - Once you connect the Device Hub to your WiFi, place the devices where you need them and we do the monitoring and alerting for you.
    • Refundable Deposit - You pay for the devices up front. If you decide to keep them, we convert your subscription to an annual one. You can request a refund for the devices. They must return in the same packaging and condition as received.
    • Basic Functional Devices - The devices we offer for are those that people most often want to use during their time away from home (i.e. motion, temperature, and more).
