Alerts & Notifications

There is a comprehensive set of alerts can be selected. Any one more more of the availabel options can be used. Alerts will use a custom message. The following are some of the available communication options that can be selected:

1. Send SMS and/or MMS Messages.
2. Make a voice phone call.
3. Send email to a specified address.
4. Send email to a account administrator.
5. Send email to a distribution list.
6. Play MP3 file on the computer speaker.
7. Play custom message on the computer speakers.
8. Play custom message on remote speakers.
9. Pop Up message on the computer.
10. Issue Alexa and/or Google Home voice commands via a computer speaker.

Tokens are required to send SMS (text), MMS (photo), and email alerts. Alerts are sent using www.MsgWheel.com. Email tokens are refreshed daily and set to 100 tokens. The type of alert is determined when events/actions are configured.
